Refund & Cancellation Policy
Synchrotize™ Sessions
Payment confirms your booking.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are not refundable. Exceptions may be made at my sole discretion.
No refunds are provided once a session has taken place.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds are provided for:
- Downloadable files
- eBooks
- Digital materials
- Online content
