What to Know Before You Book
- Session length: 60 minutes
- Fee: AUD $160 (paid at time of booking)
- Format: one-to-one, guided, online
- Environment: quiet, private, undisturbed
- Headphones: recommended
- Alcohol: please avoid for at least 12 hours prior
Sessions often feel subtle rather than dramatic.
The focus is clarity and settling — not intensity.
A Note on Medication
This work relies on access to bodily and emotional sensation.
Some medications, including certain antidepressants (SSRIs), may reduce sensitivity and responsiveness, which may limit how noticeable the session feels.
I do not advise stopping or changing any medication.
If unsure whether this applies to you, consult your healthcare professional.
Booking
- Payment confirms your booking.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or missed sessions are not refundable.
- All sessions are held in AWST (Western Australia).
